About The Owner

I started with RenovAction in 2018 as an administrative assistant. I previously had a 20-year dental administration career but after helping RenovAction at homeshows, and between Luc’s passion for excellence, to the team and the quality products, I knew this is where I wanted to be.

RenovAction remains the same core business model; we still live by Luc’s philosophy actions speak louder than words. Our goals continue the same to ensure the client would feel totally and completely satisfied at all levels, with outstanding products on had, with superior workmanship, daily supervision will ensure a total professional experience from beginning to end.

Our work has always been driven by the needs of our clients and we understand that renovations can be a complicated and stressful process. We will ensure a pleasant experience.
We get to know our clients, foster open communication, and make ourselves available at all times – before, during, and after the project is completed.

With over 25 years of experience, Luc’s attention to detail and dedication to clients have earned him the reputation of being one of the most respected and trusted contractors in Ottawa. After working many years in the renovation business, Luc wanted to make a difference and bring his own way of doing things to the table through the phrase Action speaks louder than words. His goal is to ensure the client would feel totally and completely satisfied at all levels – and that is why he started his own Ottawa Renovation company – RenovAction - with outstanding products on hand, with superior workmanship, and with a total professional experience from beginning to end.
