They needed to replace their old, worn out, faded and tiresome roof. The clients were looking at a new permanent roof that would be long lasting and beautiful for many years to come. They wanted the Classic- Oxford Dark Charcoal Metal Roof. This product was interesting and appealing to them for its low profile that emulated a classic and clean look of an architectural shingle or slate. They were pleased that this type of roofing would easily stand up to the harsh Ontario Weather. Also, it was maintenance free, durable and environmentally smart. One particular important factor that stood out for them was its efficiency to reduce heat gain which eventually leads to energy savings.
