Right from the first meeting, Luc listened attentively while I talked about the problems I had with the roof. After many questions and a good look at some photos taken of the attic, the roof, the ice build up, and because of his many years of experience in that field, Luc explained to me where and what the problem was and how he was going to fix it. His crew worked hard, non-stop, efficiently and with a good work ethic.
